Building Demolition 1815 Lynn Street 19th and Lynn Streets Roslyn, VA The 10-story, 175,000 square-foot building was demolished to construct a new 22-story tower in the center of Arlington's financial district. The existing two-story foundation walls along Lynn Street were supported by steel rakers (see photo) prior to demolition. It was imperative that these rakers not be compromised even thought they were underneath the structure being razed.
