Building Strip Out Ariel Rios Building (12th street and Pennsylvania Ave NW) Washington DC Wrecking Corporation of America performed HAZMAT removal, and architectural, electrical and mechanical demolition of this historic 250,000 square-foot government building, which was designed by William Adams Delano and William T. Aldrich and constructed between 1931 and1935. It was headquarters for the US Postal Service until its renovation, and it now houses the Environmental Protection Agency.
